UMC Kids Corps
Learning to Give
University Medical Center Volunteer Corps introduces students to the importance of community service and philanthropy. The program gives students a sense of purpose and empowers them to make meaningful contributions to their community by helping children like themselves.
Volunteer Opportunities
Many volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year to fit any schedule, interest or skill level. Students in school clubs and organizations who need to complete Community Service hours should contact the Foundation's Volunteer Coordinator.
How to Join
It’s easy. Take a moment to email us with a description of your issues and interests. As volunteer opportunities arise, a "Call for Volunteers" email alert will be sent to those individuals whose information shows a match describing their interests, tasks at hand, dates, times and type of volunteer assistance needed. When you receive the email, decide if it fits your available time and schedule, just hit "Return" and sign up!
Take a minute to fill out the Kids Corps Form--tell us about the causes you support and the types of things you enjoy doing. Before long, you'll be experiencing the joy of meaningful service.
