High Tea for Hope Wraps Up a Month of Empowerment and Awareness

The UMC Foundation, alongside the dedicated hospital infusion team and inspiring survivors, gathered this past Saturday for the final event in the High Tea for Hope series. Hosted by Hotel Paso del Norte, the month-long series celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month with elegance, compassion, and community spirit.

Throughout October, High Tea for Hope brought together supporters, survivors, and advocates to honor the strength and resilience of women battling breast cancer. Each gathering offered moments of reflection, empowerment, and education, emphasizing the importance of early detection, treatment, and ongoing support.

The UMC Foundation extends heartfelt gratitude to Hotel Paso del Norte for their partnership and to everyone who participated in making this series a success. Funds raised and awareness shared through these events directly benefit the University Medical Center Breast Cancer Program and Sobreviviendo el Cáncer, initiatives that provide essential care, education, and survivorship resources to women across our community. Together, we’re building a future filled with hope, healing, and continued progress in the fight against breast cancer.
